Cheesecake with twix bars or "the dessert that makes the cookie cake cry "

This cake enters through the eyes, but what really makes it unique is its flavor. Easy, inexpensive and really simple to do, the recipe has it all.

Ingredients:

Twix cookies

Cream cheese

Whipped cream

Sifted sugar

Butter

Jelly

FOR THE BASE OF THE CAKE

200 g of digestive biscuits. 80 g of butter. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

FOR THE FILLING:

300 g of light cheese spread cheese. 1 Greek yogurt. 100 g of sugar. 500 g of whipped cream. 4 gelatin sheets. 4 twix bars. 1 tablespoon of honey.

Preparation of THE CAKE

Crush the bars and mix it with melted butter. Control the texture so that it is a homogeneous and compact dough. Reserve in the fridge.

Then mix the sugar, gelatin and heavy cream. Beat everything and then add the cream.

On the cookie base, pour the previous mixture.

Now, melt a few more bars and mount the third layer of the cake. This time, decorate with pieces of bars of the size you prefer and refrigerate for a few hours.

Remember: 1st layer: biscuit base; 2nd layer: mixture of milk cream, sugar, gelatin and whipped cream; 3rd layer: melted bars with decoration of bars cut into pieces to taste.

    I have not seen a worse recipe explained. After starting to make it, I see that it does not say where the gelatin sheets have to dissolve if the dessert is prepared cold. When it says milk cream, I understand that it means cheese because otherwise the spread cheese is not used. It does not say when the yogurt is added. It is not said. The coverage of the last layer is done. The last chocolate bars melt, with what? They cannot be melted without adding milk or cream or something to make the topping. Anyway, a real disaster. I have finished doing it as I could inventing what it does not explain and throwing imagination.
