Delicious carrot flowers and Parmesan cheese, the garnish you need

Sometimes innovating in the kitchen is going back to simplicity. Do not complicate yourself and make a luxury restaurant dish with a couple of ingredients. The question is in knowing how to take advantage of the food, know how they are combined enhancing their properties or what seasoning they need.

This recipe stands out for its simplicity, but also for being healthy and tasty. Only with a few carrots, some Parmesan and parsley you get a very attractive cake.

  • Peel and cut the carrots as in the image, into strips
