Homemade chocolate brioches

Ingredients:
- 250 gr of flour, preferably strength
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 70 grams of sugar
- 10 gr of fresh baker's yeast
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr of softened butter (or in ointment)
- 50 gr of chocolate chips
- 1 egg to paint
To make the dough we have to mix the flour, salt and sugar well. Afterwards, we crumble the yeast and add it in the center of the mixture together with the eggs. It is time to knead at low speed for about 8 minutes. If you do it by hand, don't stop mixing and mixing during that time.
While we continue kneading, we add the butter, which should have a creamy consistency. We continue mixing for 10 minutes, until the dough does not stick to the edges of the bowl.
