First we are going to put the stock cube in a pot with warm water and leave it over low heat.

300 gr of lentils

2 potatoes

1 onion

2 carrots

1 clove garlic

Then, we will add the onion along with the carrot and sauté for about 5 minutes.

4 whiting

1 clove garlic

200 g of clams

1 tomato

2 onions

1 carrot


A sprig of parsley

1 glass of white wine
